1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the use of the website https://leadsolution.ch and the comparison and advisory services offered through it by DL Life GmbH (“Leadsolution”).
By using the website and submitting an enquiry you accept these terms.
2. Services
Leadsolution compares the premiums of the compulsory Swiss basic health insurance (KVG/LAMal) offered by various Swiss insurers on the basis of the details you provide, and prepares a non-binding offer from them. On request we also support you with switching insurer.
Leadsolution is not itself a health insurer and does not conclude insurance contracts. The insurance contract is concluded exclusively between you and the insurer you choose.
3. Costs
The comparison and the advice are free of charge and non-binding for you. No fees are incurred. We are compensated by the insurers if a contract is concluded; this compensation has no influence on the ranking or selection of the offers compared.
4. Your cooperation
You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide are complete and correct. Incorrect details may mean that the calculated premium differs from the actual premium or that no contract comes about.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent, or that you are acting with the consent of your legal representative.
5. Non-binding nature of the information
All premium figures, savings amounts and comparison results are guide values based on the data available at the time of the query. Only the premiums approved by the supervisory authority and the contractual documents of the respective insurer are binding.
6. Liability
Leadsolution is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence and for indirect and consequential damage – in particular lost profit or savings not realised – is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
No warranty is given for the continuous availability of the website.
7. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Rothrist, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions specify another venue. Mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. The version published at the time your enquiry is submitted applies.
